The Container Committee held its meeting at the headquarters of the Jordan Shipping Association in Amman, attended by Deputy Chairman Mr. Mashhour Al-Jazi, Committee Chairman Mr. Imad Sakakini, and Secretary General Capt. Mohammad Al-Dalabeh, along with a number of representatives of the shipping lines operating in the Kingdom.
The meeting was dedicated to discussing the letter submitted by the Association of Owners of Clearance & Transport Companies and exploring ways to reach unified solutions by Shipping Agents that ensure balance and safeguard the rights of all parties.
This meeting comes as part of the Association’s efforts to enhance coordination with various partners in the maritime transport and logistics sector, and to work on developing joint solutions that serve the public interest and support the stability of the sector.
